With this Clarification Text, it is aimed to inform you that your personal data provided to Palimpsest Cities: Gamification and Storytelling for Architectural History and Cultural Heritage Awareness Project (“PC”), can be processed by PC according to Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 (“Law“) and within the scope of the the Rescript on Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation (“Rescript“), as specified in this information text and limited to the specified purposes, and can be transferred to the following persons in the country and abroad.
Your personal data obtained by PC completely or partially by automatic means can be processed by PC in the light of the general principles specified in the Law and the Rescript and within the personal data processing conditions specified in the Law, limited to the purposes specified in this text.
Collecting information about advertisements, optimizing and publishing advertisements, providing a user-friendly experience on the Website and Mobile Application, ensuring the development and proper operation of the Website, based on your PC personal data, past visits to the Website and Mobile Application by Users, Ensuring the improvement of the services and products of PC, facilitating the use of the Website and changing the services of PC and the use of the Website in line with the interests and preferences of the Users, providing better service to users, obtaining statistical information and compiling this information Customizing the Website and the advertisements given on the Website, if any, according to the interests of the Users, conducting target audience studies, completing the membership transactions of the requesting Users, applying to all kinds of communication tools n to provide the notification, to carry out the necessary studies for the users to benefit from the products and services offered by PC, to customize the products and services offered to the customers according to the likes, usage habits and needs of the customers, by filling the contact form on the Website and / or Mobile Application.
